Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 18, 2026
Our commitment
Terlingua Threads is committed to making terlinguathreads.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and we treat it that way: we audit, we fix what we find, and we keep a record of both.
What we do
Measures we take include descriptive alternative text on product and content images, semantic page structure with a skip to content link and labeled landmarks, keyboard operability for menus, drawers, and forms, color contrast review against WCAG thresholds, and periodic audits of both theme code and page content. We re-test the site and review this statement at least quarterly and after major site changes.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience run on third party services we do not fully control, including the Shopify checkout, the product review widget, and embedded content from other platforms. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind and pass along issues we find, but we cannot guarantee their conformance. If any document we provide is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information in an accessible format on request.
If something is not working for you
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, we want to know, and we will help directly. Write to info@terlinguathreads.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or by mail at Terlingua Threads, 3334 E Coast Highway #729, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625. We aim to respond within two business days. If a barrier prevents you from completing a purchase or finding product information, we will complete the transaction with you or provide the information over email, at no disadvantage to you.
Feedback
Specific reports help us fix the right thing quickly: the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. Accessibility fixes are prioritized in our regular site work, and reported barriers move to the front of the queue.
